In case the product you received is damaged notify us with a valid proof (Picture or Video) on Whatsapp or write to us with a Subject: Damaged Product. A refund will be initiated from our end once your request is validated.
*When you received the wrong product…
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Whatsapp or Facebook or Email and on approval we will initiate another order which will reach you within standard delivery time. The product to be returned will be picked up from you once the process is initiated. Don’t worry the shipping charges will be on us this time. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
The Products are shipped in High quality protective boxes to ensure No Breakage and is completely free all over India!
Cash On Delivery Orders will incur a ₹70/- fee per order.
